2 Accounts Manager Karad Unit Head What you will do?

Manage and oversee the daily operations like account payable/receivable, GL, capital assets reconciliation, fixed assets activity, debt activity, cash accounting etc.

• Monitor and analyses accounting data (Ledger Scrutiny) and produce reports or statements.

• Ensure Accuracy & Timely Closing of books of accounts (Monthly & Annually), Finalization of accounts & preparation of balance sheet / P & L as per "IND AS".

• Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit and Income Tax return of All entities and Individuals

• Develop & institutionalize different kinds of reports, to accumulates summarize and various data analysis in relation to specific problem, day-to-day task & to effective decision making covering all aspect of business prospective, corporate & Project functions, Budget etc along with actionable recommendation.

•Drafting of accounting policies & ensuring adoption of accounting policy in such a way to maximize organization goal without effecting compliance's.

•Process Automation by ensuring effective use of SAP & other IT tools for Systematic & Correct Analysis, cost cutting, Audit objective & accurate management decisions.

What are we looking for?

Qualification: B.com/M.com, Specialized in Accounting

Strong MS Excel and Power point skills

• Must have working in "IND-AS" environment as well should understand Indian Accounting

Standards ("IND-AS"), Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST & Income Tax Act

• SAP Financial Accounting and Reporting Exposure along with Complete knowledge in FICO module in SAP

• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

• Organizational and time-management skills
